Rootbeer floats!

Summer picnics are not complete without this absolutely delicious cupcake! Rootbeer cake topped with vanilla bean butter cream! Drizzled on top is A&W rootbeer syrup! These were gone in seconds at my Memorial Day BBQ. They are a sure hit!
